The pieces are quite a simple design and look really nice when there are a few of them piled together. You can choose different character designs on them (there are also red and green ones).

Oslo-based designer So Takahashi presented Origami chair as part of 100% Norway in London recently. The chair is made from folded, powder-coated sheet metal.

Hunn Wai is an up and coming designer from the island of Singapore. He tries to combine and fuse materials and forms in his designs.

The large size of a table tennis table is a huge deterrent for those looking to acquire one, so Hunn combined work and play functions to create a table versatile enough to be used as a ping pong table (albeit, slightly smaller than official size) and a workstation.

Slight decorative touches result from Hunn sourcing his materials from a flea market. The Paul Smith bit in the name is explained by the fact that the inspiration behind the table actually lies behind designer’s prized pair of Paul Smith Bunny sneakers.

This stool pictured below is made from 50kg of gold and is currently on display in Kunming, China. Its valued at $1.3 million apparently.

Now I can’t see Jackie Chan flinging this around like it was wood (what film was it – Dragon Lord?). But then again, maybe he could – and he can certainly afford it now..

Laura Rittenhouse has created an inspiring eating utensil that combines the functions of a pair of chopsticks and a fork. It measures 9″ by 3/4″ and looks very slick. I can only assume that the material is flexible enough to bend and grip food at the ends.
