It has the first appearence of what would become Nausicaa. 2- Cagliostros castle. especially now that it is on BLu Ray. 3- Nausicaa. I dare you not to cry. 4- Sky castle Laputa. Takes place(?) in Nausicaa mythology. PSielbergs top 10 action movies list. 5- Totorro- watch Miyazakis real Niehgbors animated. The film saved a forest in Japan from being turned into condos- thats how powerful it is 6- Princess Mononoke- if this dosnt make you go green, then forget it. 7- Kiki's, if this dosnt cheer you up, then forget it. 8-Spirited away- if this dosnt LSD you, then you wont remeber it. 9- Ponyo- He's re written animation again!!! 10- Puss n Boots- there has to be one Toei film of his in the list!!! By all Accounts Totorro should be #1 as it is literally the new Mickey mouse. Also, to have Castle of Cagliostro so low on the list, did these people ever even see it- and its not a Ghibli, so where is Puss n boots at, or taro the dragon boy. This list is terrible- Porco rosso is not one of his best. I teach university on Miyazaki san, saw him speak ay UC berkely- these people know nothing of the masters films.
