BBQ Pork Char Sui Recipe
Rasa Malaysia has an excellent recipe for making your own Chinese-style bbq pork. Since I’ve been in Hong Kong, I’ve tried slightly different versions from various shops and am really getting a taste for char sui. Even though I’ve also grown up eating this!
