Face Your Pockets : Scans of People and their belongings

Face Your Pockets is a simple idea - scan yourself and the stuff you’re carrying on you and send to the site to have it displayed.

From the site:

“Things that are living in the pockets of your bag, jeans or jacket: travel and pay checks, old cigarette pack that just looks interesting, sugar lumps and all the stuff that has found home in your pockets. They are all the treasures our project is looking for! Our goal is not only bring all this objects into light but show the owner of them.”

I’m not sure how much longevity the idea has but its worth a quick look to see how much stuff people carry around with them!

This is really odd! Of course, I’ve scanned my hand or arm before (when there was something I drew on myself or whatnot) and even my teddy bear once, but this is a whole new breed of that. I can’t imagine it being all too great getting blinded by the scanner light, either.
