Recipe – How to Make Moon Cakes
The Mid-Autumn festival celebrations is upon us this weekend where Chinatowns around the world will be selling moon cake.

I find the cakes at London Chinatown stalls to be quite expensive, until the end of the day (Sunday) when they make drastic reductions to try and get rid of stock. (So if you can, wait until then to buy.)
