As proof of stress causing people to age, check out this Japanese news presenter who seems to have aged drastically in a matter of 3 years!

If this was caused by work, then its news to me (ha) that tv presenters have it so stressed. And I thought east-asian people tended to age better. I better start taking more holidays!
