Segway Chinese Police Unit
Apparently, this is a shot of a Chinese anti-terror unit. If you ask me, terror is the last thing that comes to mind, when seeing how these guys are balancing and targeting simultaneously!
I’ve not been on a Segway, but if you’re supposed to lean back and forth to move, wouldn’t that mess with your targeting? The bent knees remind me of the quite solid Wing Chun stance, so maybe this is more stable that I realise…
