Dangerous Blowfish Dishes in Japan
Fugu or blowfish is a delicacy that if prepared wrongly, can kill the diner. Having said that, they would go out having tried a pretty tasty dish.
I tried some in a restaurant in Hong Kong and its tastes surprisingly sweet and has a consistency like beef jerky.
In Japan, it seems there are restaurants specialising in fugu and judging by this photo, should be quite easy to spot!
