Barbican Exhibition : Japanese Erotica of the Early Modern Period
The Barbican in London, is now showing a new exhibition Between the Futons : Japanese Erotica of the Early Modern Period.
As part of its Seduced; Art from Antiquity to Now season (12th October 07 - 27 Jan 08), the Barbican will be exploring the world of Japanese Shunga, what it means and where it came from.

Every Thursday for the duration of the exhibition, there’ll be a late night opening with a difference. Experience artist commissions, live music, erotic readings, talks and events. Enjoy a Seduced cocktail and aphrodisiac snacks, from the bar. 6.30–10pm.
