Amazing Cut Paper Craft Skills by Kako Ueda



Japanese craftswoman Kako Ueda has an excellent portfolio of hand cut art pieces, some of which are amazingly complex. She makes her artwork out of just paper and an X-acto knife, sometimes using watercolour as well, as in this piece called “New Specimen“, which is 10 inches square.

See below for another example, a piece called “Memento Mori“, which is much more complex and measures a massive 50 inches square!
