Learn from Shaolin Shifu, Shi Yan Lei – Check Out His Top Class Website

They’ve created a clear and clean design for the branding and website, together with consistent DVD design and marketing materials.

Shifu (Master) Shi Yan Lei began training in the Shaolin Temple in Henan Province, China, at the age of fourteen. His Master; the Shaolin Abbot; Shi Yong Xin gave him the name Lei – meaning thunder – and he became a 34th generation fighting disciple. He specialises in Shaolin Steel Jacket, Sanshou fighting, and other forms of health giving Chi Gong.

Since coming to the West, Shifu Yan Lei has studied Muay Thai, western boxing, and kick boxing. Like Bruce Lee before him, he combines the best from all the traditions, and believes his trained fighters can compete against fighters from any style of martial arts.

Check out his website and if you’re in Brighton, perhaps visit his classes. If not, you can always peruse and purchase the items in his online shop.

  2. [...] This previously posted website for Shaolin Shifu, Shi Yan Lei has relaunched with a new redesign. It was a nicely designed website in the first place, but now seems to have a bit of added polish. There are lots of new DVD’s on sale there now, featuring training exercises you can carry out at home. [...]
