i train in urban martial arts and the closest thing i’v seen to that is balancing lotus position on the end of a bo staff. me and my fighting clan specialize in a type of urban martial arts called demonix. it uses styles and forms from shaolin, ninjustu, and “shadow arts” (it’s complicated)
