BoingBoing reports that Mercer has released its annual (2007) ranking of the world’s cities based on how expensive they are to live in. Quite a few East Asia cities are listed with Seoul at no.3 although none are in the top 15 for the best quality of life!

Here’s Hong Kong below, which is at no.5.
