Ok, I know that Chinese takeaway food isn’t necessarily that healthy and that it is not representative of REAL Chinese food that CAN be healthy. But if you do venture on eating sweet and sour pork, wonton and fried rice, the “Back in Skinny Jeans” blog has a few tips that might influence how you eat them.
