Over 370 Ramen recipes : The Official Ramen Homepage!



Mat Fischer has a Ramen website which he’s been running since 97, compiling recipes for ramen noodles. There are over 370 recipes, in categories such as “Dessert” (eurgh, maybe!), and “Salad“  as well as the more usual, “pork” and “seafood” groups.

My personal favourite are the conventional “HotDog/Sausage” recipes, but I honestly didn’t know there were so many ways to consume ramen!
